Q. What is the minimum order I have to place?
A. Our minimum order is one (1).

Q. How long will it take to complete the job?
A. Our standard turn around is two weeks. That allows us time to order the products if they are not instock, and digitize any designs needed. Rush orders can be done but there will be an additional fee.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We work out of our home. Here is a map. Please call to make sure we are in the office before driving out.

Q. What kind of picture do I need for laser engraved photo plaque?
A. For the best results we need a picture of 300 dpi or better. If you do not have a digital copy of one we can scan it for you.

Q. What kind of pictures do you need for digital imaging?
A. We can use just about any format (i.e. .gif, .jpg, .png, .cdr, .eps)you have. For the best results the clip art needs to be 300 dpi or better.

Q. How do you determine your price for laser engraving?
A. It is based on the size of the design and the dpi you want. Please see Laser Resolution page on why this makes a different.
